The World's Biggest Garage Sale in Warrensburg, NY has been going strong since 1980. Every fall this treasure-hunter’s paradise welcomes thousands of shoppers and hundreds of vendors to Main Street and beyond.
The World's Biggest Garage Sale will take place throughout the town of Warrensburg, NY on Friday October 2nd, Saturday October 3rd, and Sunday October 4th. You can expect to find:
- Antiques, collectibles, tools, household goods
- Main Street shopping plus side street browsing
- Food vendors, local restaurants
- Arrive early, wear comfortable shoes, and leave room in the car
I attended the World's Biggest Garage Sale in 2025 and wow, what an experience. I expected this to be huge but once you arrive you realize it truly is a town-wide event.

I am no expert but my advice, for what it is worth, is to arrive early and don't be discouraged by the traffic on the exit ramp heading into town. You will get there and when you do find a spot on a side street to park.
This massive event features more than 500 vendors and will take place rain or shine and is produced by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce with the support of volunteers, sponsors, and the local business community.
