If there was one type of food that I could personally eat every single day it would be burritos. They reason why is because they can be made so many different ways that you could never get sick of it. Honestly, besides hot dogs, Mexican or Tex-Mex style is probably my favorite despite being a proud Italian.

I'm very excited to see that we've just gotten another burrito spot in Albany. Bubbakoo's Burritos has officially opened their second Capital Region location, their first being open in Troy. Now we have two spots on either side of the Hudson River to choose from. Their newest location is open are 1704 Western Ave in Albany. It is in the Market 32 plaza located across from Costco and Crossgates Mall.

Bubbakoo's is a different type of burrito spot. They're fusing Mexican style with other combinations. Like Nashville hot chicken or General Tso's. They've got chicken, steak, seafood, and meatless options. They also have options for those who are doing Keto or are looking for a protein fuel up before a workout.

In total there are 14 locations in New York City. Most of their locations are around New York City and the Hudson Valley. They also have several locations on Long Island.

Bubbakoo's began in 2008 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey by two guys who had a lot of experience in the restaurant business. The majority of their shops are in New Jersey and in 2023 they opened their 100th location. According to Google they now have 145 locations that span from New York and New Jersey all the way out to Utah. They are a fast growing chain and their expansion in the Capital Region is proof of that.
