Busted! 2 Suspects Stopped At New York Border! What Were They Up To?

Officers from the United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) teamed up with agents from the Buffalo, NY Station to apprehend 2 Italian citizens that were allegedly attempting to enter the United States illegally. Here's what happened.
On Thursday September 26th, according to a CBP press release, United States Border Patrol spotted two individuals attempting to enter the United States on the International Railroad Bridge in Buffalo, NY. Take a look at the picture below to get a glimpse of the 2 suspects.
This case is an excellent example of our outstanding relationship with our CBP colleagues at U.S. Border Patrol. Having the ability to quickly communicate this information between U.S. Border Patrol Agents and CBP officers led to the successful apprehension of these two individuals who attempted to enter our country illegally. - Buffalo Port Director Gaetano Cordone
CBP officers and Border Patrol agents were able to immediately apprehended 37-year-old Raffaele Gambino and 60-year-old Calogero Anceschi. The subjects are currently pending removal from the United States, as the investigation continues.
