Whether it's casting calls within New York state or the opportunity to be involved in something relating to the big screen, residents have been involved in this.

Local casting call agencies have been looking for residents in the Hudson Valley area for filming projects. However, an East Coast friend duo took their New York energy and traveled to be on a popular TV show.

This TV show mentioned how the filming of it takes place at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California.

These lucky Hudson Valley teachers had the opportunity to be on the big screen. They shared the same space with some of Hollywood's biggest stars for a chance to win money, trips and more.

These educators are from Valhalla schools which are located within the Hudson Valley, in Westchester County. It's a show that all ages can watch and play along with, the Wheel of Fortune.

Valhalla, NY Teachers Were Featured On Wheel Of Fortune Episode

Recently, Pat Sajak retired from being the host on Wheel of Fortune. Fans of Sajak didn't know how his replacement, Ryan Seacrest would be as the new host.

Personally, I think that Ryan Seacrest is doing a great job as the new host of Wheel of Fortune. He seems as if he truly enjoys it along with chatting with contestants and making them feel comfortable. It appears that him and Sajack's co host, Vanna White have also been getting along.

Seacrest took over for Sajack as the host of Wheel of Fortune in September 2024.

On October 29, 2024, Valhalla Schools shared a post on social media about their teachers being on a popular TV show.

They mentioned,

"TONIGHT: Valhalla Middle/High School teachers Kayley Tierney and Caitlyn Brehm will appear on "Wheel of Fortune" at 7:30 p.m.! Tune in and watch them in action!"

This duo were on the Wheel of Fortune for girlfriend getaway's night special feature.

The Wheel of Fortune YouTube channel mentioned that educators, Tierney and Brehm are lifelong friends who were excited for the opportunity to make memories and money.
