How little snow would make this coming winter one of our least snowy winters on record in Albany?

Based on what we are hearing when it comes to the extended winter forecast, it seems like the odds are in favor of winter again being below average for total snowfall for the season.

Last winter the National Weather Service says we only got 31.8 inches of snow in Albany. On average Albany usually gets 59.2 inches of snow.

When winter 2024-25 is all said and done, how little snow would we need to get for it to be a record year for lack of snow?
