The Beach Boys Just Announced A Very Special Treat For Upstate New York
As the weather turns colder in New York, just like we pack away the tank tops and swimwear some might pack away their Beach Boys CDs. We just ended a great summer in Upstate for Beach Boys fans – Brian Wilson and Chicago visited SPAC in July and Mike Love’s touring Beach Boys visited Saratoga with The Temptations in August.
Well the band must really love Upstate because they’ve already announced plans to come back before the end of the year for a very rare surprise. This new concert announcement is sure to leave everybody jolly and merry for what could be a once-in-a-lifetime performance.
Christmas On The Beach
This November and December, Mike Love and the touring Beach Boys are hitting the road for a limited “Tis the Season with The Beach Boys” Christmas tour. While typically providing the sounds of summer, The Beach Boys will dig into their legendary 1964 Christmas album along with traditional favorites in their signature harmonies.
This might be your only chance to hear their original holiday hits like “Little Saint Nick,” “Santa’s Beard,” and “The Man With All The Toys” live. As if the opportunity couldn’t get more special, they’re bringing The Holiday Vibrations Orchestra on tour with them.
Where In Upstate Are The Beach Boys Bringing Their Christmas Tour?
There are only 16 “Tis the Season” tour dates across the Northeast and Midwest, and Upstate gets its turn on December 7th with The Beach Boys and their orchestra arrive in Syracuse to play the Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater. There will also be shows in NYC and Buffalo.

The last time the Beach Boys played Syracuse was at the 2021 Great New York State Fair. Tickets go on sale this Friday on Ticketmaster and at the Oncenter’s box office at 10am.
