If you're looking for amazing tacos look no further than Tacos Diablo in Guilderland.

When you think about it there is such a variety of things you can do with tacos it would be very easy to come up with new ways to have them each day - actually for each meal. Anyone who's been to San Antonio will tell you that breakfast tacos are a staple of every day life.

Finding really food authentic tacos can be a bit of a challenge but I think we did just that with the new Tacos Diablo location in Guilderland. They had a location in Nassau and a food truck, but this is the first time that I have been able to try out their style of tacos.

You tell the person behind the register what you want and a chef prepares it in the back. I'd be doing them a disservice to call this fast food, so be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. It is well worth the wait.

I personally got the street tacos with chicken, cilantro and onions, the medium salsa and some pickled onions. They blew me away.
